Returns Policy

The Internet Broker Company will honor a return on any product within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. We also will refund shipping costs if the return was a result of our error. We expect the returned products to be in their original condition or close to original condition. Please refer to the following guidelines:

* Because of our vendor policies, The Internet Broker Company cannot exchange opened items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days.

Special Exceptions:

Refunds

The Internet Broker Company will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Packing and sending your return:

2.Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the item arrived in or another box, if you prefer. If the product is damaged or defective, please include a Product Defect Report or a description of the damage or defect.

3. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

4. Provide the product to you mail carrier for delivery.
